Total revenue received from USA government in 2013: $7.388B. The US contribution more than doubled since 2012 ($3.42B) because in 2013 it includes the contributions of the USA to the Peacekeeping Operations. This was not the case in 2012. USA contribution without Peacekeeping: $5.373B. In addition, the figure presented in 2012 was under-estimated.

$1.183B., The level of expenditures by country is underestimated because several agencies did not provide expenditures at the country level.

This value represents the highest expenditure by category. In 2012, this figure was $12.11B., For reference, in 2013 the second highest expense category was Humanitarian Assistance ($10.927B). Peacekeeping Operations: $7.349B.
Total staff
HR statistics exclude National Professional Officers (NPOs) and staff with appointments of less than one year. Statistics on NPOs are published separately. In 2012 this figure was higher (84,469).
Countries staffed
Due to the number of organizations located in Geneva, Switzerland is the country with the highest headcount. The five regions with most countries staffed are Eastern Africa (19), Western Asia (17), Western Africa (16), Southern Europe (14), South America (12).
Duty stations
With UN system organization staff headcount of 9353, Geneva is the largest duty station. There were 727 duty stations in 2012.
