Discussions with the ICSC secretariat regarding the Staff Survey on the Effectiveness and Impact of Recruitment and Retention Measures in the United Nations Common System.
The report concluded: After discussion, it was agreed that the Inter-Agency Security Management Network should also monitor the implementation of the budget for security management. This task was duly incorporated into paragraph 5 of the Terms of Reference. It was also agreed that the text of the Terms of Reference be clarified to reflect that the Inter-Agency Network would not only report but also make recommendations to HLCM.
